Stephanie and Ramon came out to our home, listened to what we wanted, and helped recommend beautiful shades. A week later, Ramon came back and installed them. When one shade did not fit correctly, he coordinated with the manufacturer and was able to get it cut immediately so it would fit. We love the shades and everyone who has seen them wants to know where we got them. We are very pleased with the finished product.
